For when you’re doing your absolute best, you’ve got a million tabs open in your brain, and you can’t seem to focus on the one you actually need. Two minutes writing the running thoughts down and picking your priorities can help. This is the to-do list I made as an ADHDer so I’d stop losing the plot entirely – turns out I’m not the only one who needed it. Finish with a little treat to thank yourself later.
